  • Q – Why would I pay ProTrain to do this instead of doing it ourselves?
    • A – This is one of the most frequently asked questions, and for good reason. The answer lies not in shear ability to do this, but in the combination of speed of doing so, coordination of employees to organize similarly, and guidance to keep training focused. Our experience is that your teams core competency is better used serving your customers, and letting the team at ProTrain supplement the time needed to create and organize these trainings. We also have the tools and resources to do this efficiently without your company or IT department needing to get involved in every process step.
  • Q – If I already have a training plan and several competent people on my team, why would I need any more training for them, especially on basic topics?
    • A – It’s quite possible that you do not need our support on basic training type content, we aren’t so bold to think that the solutions we provide at ProTrain are perfect for every organization. However we have found that many teams benefit in our services because they have ‘silos’ within their organization that are great in their individual group capabilities, but lack in cross-organization alignment. In these scenarios, we’re able to help those customers build training schemes that break down some of the barriers and help teams understand what others in their organization do and how they can benefit or support for the overall greater good.
  • Q -Besides building content libraries for training, what other services does ProTrain offer?
    • A – Love this question! While helping build a content library for organizations is our core competency, we also relish in the idea of expanding an organizations knowledge and speed of sharing that knowledge, while also making sure to really focus as much as possible on digitizing content (in various forms) to guarantee the future availability of that knowledge and lock in the residual value of that expertise. Worried about an aging workforce? We’ve got you covered. Have an opportunity to convert a one time training into a saleable service to your customers? Perfect, we’ll be right by your side to do this and keeping your experts focused on the content. More directly, we have helped build knowledge databases that encourage collaboration and allow teams to be more comfortable in the vulnerability of shared experiences.
  • Q – Besides the up front pricing, are their hidden fees, or any long term commitments?
    • A – In a word ‘no’. That being said, we do offer online hosting options that have a small monthly fee, but this is not required if the solution that fits your company doesn’t need it. Let’s chat about this option to see what fits your team best.
  • Q – We’ve updated some of our processes that ProTrain helped us with, how does that work to get the revisions recorded and published?
    • A – This is another great ‘problem’ to have 🙂 We offer a guarantee that any errors in recording will be corrected at no extra cost, along with a 6-month update offering for any individual process.
